Hi gang! My submission for Character Design Challenge Monthly and it's this months theme! Doing a fanart of the protagonist himself SPIKE SPIEGEL! I remember seeing this anime in the late 90's on WOWOW TV on cable, but during that time there were no fansubs or English subtitles yet so I couldn't understand the episode I was watching. Plus it was shown on a very late time slot in the evening/morning around 12am onwards so with university and work altogether it wasn't ideal to watch it at that time. Thanks to the internet today I was able to watch it on my own leisure.
